Shop > Premium Shop > Membership > Restore Purchases
If restoring your purchase does not resolve the issue, the transaction may not have been completed successfully. Please check your purchase history on the App Store or Google Play. If there is a record of the purchase but it is still not reflected in the game, please contact us via the “Submit a request” button at the bottom of this page.
