If you are experiencing connection errors or login issues with Pokémon Champions on Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch 2, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure you are using a strong, stable internet connection.
- Try connecting to the internet in a different way, using Wi-Fi, LAN, or a mobile hotspot connection.
- Check that the current date and time settings are correct. On Nintendo Switch, navigate to System Settings > System > Date and Time, then check that Synchronize Clock via Internet is set to On. On Switch 2, navigate to System Settings > System > Date and Time, then check that Synchronize Clock Using the Internet is toggled on.
- On Nintendo Switch 2, turn off IPv6 by following these steps: System Settings > Internet > Internet Settings, then choose your network. Then select Change Settings, scroll down to the IP Address section, and toggle IPv6 Connection off.
