If Pokémon Champions does not appear on the HOME Menu and it is shown as “Purchased” in Nintendo eShop, the software may have been deleted.
Please download the software again. Once the download is complete, it should appear on the HOME Menu. If not, please contact Nintendo Support using the link below.
